Panache Place Direct Return Policy
Return Policy
We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return most items sold by Panache Place Direct within 60 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund.
Ineligible Returns/Replacements
We cannot accept for return or replacement any product that has been opened, unless it arrived damaged or was defective upon receipt. Products that have been used or worn are not eligible for return or replacement.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Indicate in a note or letter included with the return the action you would like us to take (replacement or refund) and the Reason for Return. Please provide your e-mail address and phone number so that we may contact you.
Pack the items along with your note or letter outlining the action you want us to take and the Original Invoice securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
Ship the return to us using a track-able or insured carrier. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
Requesting a Replacement
We will replace an item for the same item if it arrived damaged or defective. When requesting a replacement, please indicate in a note or letter that you would like a replacement of the same item shipped to you at no cost.
Requesting a Refund
When requesting an eligible refund, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item and applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. All eligible refunds are made to the original form of payment.
Processing Your Return
Please allow 21 days to process your return. You will receive notification via e-mail or phone confirming that your return has been received. If, after 21 days, you still have not received an e-mail or phone confirmation that your return has been processed, please contact our Customer Service Center at 1-949 858 8409 Ext. 109. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any eligible refund to appear on your credit card statement.
